After we receive unopened merchandise we automatically issue you a credit on your account
with us, which you may apply to future orders. As for defective items, we will only replace

We ship via UPS ground to street addresses (unless otherwise requested).
We ship via Priority Mail to PO Boxes.
We ship one item orders via U.S. Postal Service 1st Class Mail.
HAWAII & ALASKA:
We ship via Priority Mail.
FOREIGN ORDERS:
We ship via Airmail.
Big Band CD Store Catalog:
The Big Band CD Store Catalog is our main catalog and represents all the major Big Bands and
Big Band related singers. It covers products from various record labels both in the USA and
abroad. With over 150 pages and 2000 products listings, it is the most thorough catalog of its
type and is packaged neatly in a 3 ring binder.
You can order a copy of our catalog by mail, phone, or FAX. The fee is $10.00 plus shipping.
You'll receive updates for a year from your last order! A catalog is also available for viewing in
our Online Music Store. (Due to the nature of the music industry and this genre, many titles
become deleted on a regular basis. We will assist you with finding substitute items if what you
order is unavailable and you wish to pick something else.)
